AI Suggested Actions

As of writing, we have deployed a new enhancement aiming to give brewers more guidance on every upload. After our AI model determines the issue, a second assessment is done using more AI goodness. 

The second assessment produces a suggested Action for the user to follow such as:
- Wait and see: Suggested to wait at least a day to see if an issue develops
- Dispose: Suggested to dispose as the SCOBY is not safe to consume

The image below shows the new result format displaying the suggested action.
